We are enjoying some chilly weather - it is 79 degrees in the bedroom as I type this. It hasn't been this cold in Bicol since we arrived almost 2 years ago. We are bundled up in sweat pants and jackets and drinking hot cocoa. Actually, for most of the day, I haven't even turned on the fan - that's a first for sure as we ALWAYS have at least one fan blowing on us, night and day. Sounds funny to say we are chilly at 80 degrees when so many of you are dealing with below-freezing temps, but I guess it is all a matter of what you are used to. I do know that we are in for a shock when we are in the States next winter!

Whimps! We saw the temp in Manila this morning and Dad said-bet they're cold! I said, "no way", so guess he proved me wrong!
