No, we have not been nor are planning to do any horseback riding. But after gallivanting all over SE Asia for the past month, we are finally HOME again. We had a week of meetings in Indonesia, followed by 5 days with my (Jen's) siblings in another SE Asian country, a week in Manila for medical/dental appointments (while the kids had fun at camp and visiting a friend on another island in the Philippines), then some more local travel here on our little peninsula for trainings with our partners, both tribal and American students. Everything has gone well, but we are definitely pretty beat and appreciate your prayers as the craziness doesn't stop now. We have several visitors and trips scheduled for the rest of July & August so please have patience with me if I seem to have fallen off the face of the earth. :)
We are thankful that we had some good family times in the midst of all our recent travels.
We also got to meet our brand new niece/cousin. What a precious time!
While we were with my siblings, we traveled to an area known for their tea plantations - and lots of strawberries! It was beautiful there, and a perfectly peaceful place to catch up with family. SO very thankful that we all live in the same corner of the world, even if we are in different countries.
We visited this cool waterfall, and the boys enjoyed it in the way most little boys enjoy a waterfall - by jumping off!
Our babies are growing up!
Since the new cousin is a girl, they now have the majority at 4 so the 3 boys are putting the pressure on for some more boy cousins to even the score. :)
Thank you, Father, for your many blessings!
