By way of update to yesterday's post - Steve spent several hours talking with Joseph's parents (Jason's inlaws), but they decided they just want to avoid their cousins until they cool off rather than trying to confront them about their plot or bringing a peace offering. To us it seems like this is a bad idea since they have been waiting for the guys to cool off for several months now, but instead of doing so, they have gathered 10 guys together to carry out the plan. Seems to be getting worse, not better, over time. However, since it is their lives being threatened, we need to do what they want in this. Please just pray for safety for each of the people involved and that God would use this bizarre situation to lead this extended family to Himself. Thank you to each of you who have been praying!
