We finished out the month of May with lots of "lasts" as we approached graduation. One of them was Ben's last middle school banquet. Lookin' good, Benjay!
We also had our last worship time with our house church. Though we have continued house church on this year, the group dynamics have changed significantly since 2 families and Mikayla have moved. This group has been a great community for us this year!
Then on June 1st, we had TWO graduations. Ben's came first with graduation from 8th grade.
Great job, Ben. Then it was Mikayla's turn...and on a little larger scale. :)

We are so very proud of Mikayla and her accomplishments in high school. The school honored her at graduation by naming her the top female graduate. This is an honor that is voted on by the entire HS teaching staff, and it indicates that she was well-rounded and an example for others in many different areas. So proud of her and can't wait to see what God is going to do in and through her in this next stage of life.

Wow, to think I taught Mikayla at ILC when she was 6 years old and she has turned out to be a beautiful dedicated Christian! I was Miss Mary Lou and I have loved watching your family and ministry blog. You guys have had God's wonderful hand on your life and involving your kids in your ministry has shown them that the unseen is truly eternal.(II Cor.4:18) The Spiritual truth from God must be lived in His children to bring others to the knowledge of Jesus Christ.
